Impact of hydrogen and mixtures of hydrogen and natural gas on forced draught burners for gaseous fuels
In order to analyse the effects of hydrogen and natural gas-hydrogen mixtures on a forced draught gas burner according to EN 676, tests were carried out with a modern dreizler marathon® LOW-NOx forced draught burner based on hohlflamme® technology.
The results demonstrate the suitability of the burner system for the fuel-flexible use of hydrogen and natural gas. A detailed report was published in the trade journal Prozesswärme 04/2020.
