dreizler marathon® Duobloc -
gas burner up to 44 MW



 

This burner series is constructed in a Duobloc system: The blower unit for supplying the air for combustion complete with motor and the burner with air housing and burner head comprise two units.

The combustion of natural gas achieved by dreizler® ARZ flue gas recirculation with a control ratio of 1:10 facilitates a very economic combustion accompanied by low emissions. The flame rotates and fully combusts the fuel rapidly and intensively.

 


Flexible assembly

The marathon® gas burner can be supplied with combustion air from a blower mounted separately in a lower floor, in an upper floor or situated directly in front of the boiler. The air housing can be arranged with different exit angles set at steps of 22,5°.

You profit by the highly flexible assembly of the basic burner and of the ventilator relating to your requirements. You decide on the various assembly possibilities on site and so you optimise the burner installation at your heat generator.

With gas/air ratio control bloc, two main gas valves, safety devices to detect insufficient air and gas, gas filter, pressure regulator, ball valve, compensator.
Completely assembled with compact mountings of well-known manufacturer.

Noise reduction

marathon® burners operate fascinatingly quiet. Very often no further noise reduction measures are required. An additional burner noise reduction of up to 20 dB(A) can be effected by noise dam caps made from steel plate.

 


Assembly - quick and easy

dreizler® Duobloc burners are ready wired ex works and are checked on function and safety according to strict factory specifications before delivery.
